Counseling is a collaborative effort in which Susan uses the soulful qualities of clarity and “insight” to look through the physical, visible reality to the invisible energies, impulses, urges, forces, influences, inner conflict or inner pain affecting the life. Inner world work reveals the underlying roots that are the basis for one’s disease and “dis-ease.”

As a mental health counselor & a depth psychotherapist Susan uses an integrative and Jungian oriented approach to explore the depths of one’s personal experience. Incorporated into a counseling session might be Archetypal & Depth Psychology, Imaginal Psychology, Gestalt, Solution Focused, Active Imagination, and Family Systems approaches.
