Accessibility Statement

Susan Ozimkiewicz, NCC, LCPC wants everyone to be able to use https://www.depthcounseling.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
What we’ve done
- Pages work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to main content” link.
- Pages use clear headings, landmarks and descriptive link text.
- Images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Text and controls meet colour contrast requirements.
- Pages reflow on small screens and when zoomed to 400%.
- Motion is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
How we test
Every page is checked with automated accessibility testing (axe) on each update, plus keyboard testing and a screen reader spot check when the site changes significantly.
Known limitations
- The phone number is shown after selecting “Show phone number” and needs JavaScript. This protects the number from automated harvesting.
Feedback
